Terms of Use for BrookerLab
Introduction
Welcome to BrookerLab, an application developed and operated by ERNBRANDS YAZILIM A.Ş. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our application is tailored for Real Estate Brokers to manage client data and listings through a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
By accessing or using BrookerLab (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our App.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our App for your internal business purposes. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
User Accounts
To access some features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of ERNBRANDS YAZILIM A.Ş. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Content and Data
You are responsible for the content and data you enter into the App, and you grant us a license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, host, and display that content for the purpose of (i) providing you the App and associated support; and (ii) analyzing and improving the operation of the App.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App in a way that:
- Violates any law or regulation.
- Harms or exploits minors.
- Transmits malicious software or code.
- Interferes with or disrupts any user, host, or network.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will ERNBRANDS YAZILIM A.Ş., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
